Horror fans, your nightmares are about to become reality.
For the first time ever, Hellraiser is coming to Halloween Horror Nights at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. Inspired by the original film trilogy, this all-new haunted house will immerse guests in the terrifying world of Pinhead and the Cenobites when Halloween Horror Nights returns later this summer.
Step Inside the World of Hellraiser
Since the original film debuted in 1987, Hellraiser has become one of the most recognizable horror franchises of all time. Created by Clive Barker, the series introduced audiences to the mysterious Lament Configuration puzzle box—a gateway to another dimension ruled by the terrifying Cenobites and their infamous leader, Pinhead.
Known for its unforgettable imagery, psychological horror, and themes of pain and temptation, Hellraiser has remained a cult favorite for decades. Now, guests will finally have the opportunity to experience its twisted universe firsthand.
What to Expect in the Haunted House
The all-new haunted house is inspired by the first three films in the franchise:
- Hellraiser
- Hellbound: Hellraiser II
- Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth
Your journey begins as you unknowingly solve the legendary Lament Configuration, opening a portal into a horrifying dimension where the Cenobites await.
Along the way, you’ll step through some of the franchise’s most iconic locations, including:
- Frank Cotton’s eerie attic where his nightmare first began
- The haunting Channard Institute
- The terrifying Labyrinth, home of Pinhead and the Cenobites
Around every corner, you’ll encounter disturbing scenes, terrifying creatures, and unforgettable moments pulled directly from the classic films.
Doug Bradley Returns as Pinhead
Adding even more authenticity to the experience, legendary actor Doug Bradley, who portrayed Pinhead throughout the original film series, is returning to voice the character for both the Orlando and Hollywood haunted houses.
For longtime fans, it’s an exciting addition that helps bring the iconic villain back to life.
Exclusive Hellraiser Merchandise
Fans can also bring a piece of the horror home with new limited-edition merchandise inspired by the haunted house.
Available offerings include:
- A limited-release Hellraiser T-shirt
- A Pinhead acrylic collectible figure compatible with Universal’s Infernal Carnival display collection
The merchandise is available now in the parks and online beginning July 1.
