- No Fees – Academy Travel does not charge sign-up, monthly or administrative fees and does not believe in any business models that do. Many agencies charge their Travel Agents to work with them – that’s just not our style. With this being said, please take note that because Academy Travel partners with two third-party suppliers for our internal business platforms, namely our CRM and Email Provider, these partners charge our team of Travel Agents a separate business expense of $49/year and $96/year, respectively, which is invoiced separate from that of Academy Travel.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking highly motivated individuals who are ready to take their love of Disney, Universal and general love of travel to the next level.
- Basic Requirements: To be considered, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Reside in the continental United States (At this time, we are not accepting applications from applicants currently residing within the state of California)
- Have visited a Disney Destination (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, etc.) at least 3 times in the past 5 years (Preferred)
- Be active on and have a strong, basic understanding of popular social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram, preferred; additional platforms are a plus)
- Be able to dedicate an average of 10–20 hours per week to working with clients
- Be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
What You’ll Do
As an Independent Travel Planner with Academy Travel, you’ll work from home, building your client base, customizing vacation packages, and offering exceptional service from the first quote to the client’s return home. You’ll guide clients through every step of their trip—including but not limited to resort selection, itinerary planning, special accommodations, and more.
You’ll be running your own business, with the full backing and support of a nationally recognized leader in the travel industry.

Are you passionate about Disney?

Applicants must be professional, self-motivated and able to assist their clients with every aspect of their Disney vacation, offer concierge-level service, and are able to work from home a minimum of 20 hours per week or more.
We offer up to 90% commission and we never charge fees!
