The Small Plates lineup includes:
- Charcuterie featuring cured beef, candied bacon, smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar and pickles
- Glazed Sticky Ribs served with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps
- Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends served with warm tortilla chips
- Sweet Golden Corn Fritters with cilantro ranch dressing and red chili honey
- Chipotle Chicken Tostada with queso fresco, lime crema and pickled cactus salsa
- Mini Hot Dog Platter with pastry-wrapped mini hot dogs, tortilla chips and queso
If you’re a fan of comfort food with a little Disney twist, the Sweet Golden Corn Fritters and Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends sound like two dishes that belong at the top of the must-try list.

For guests looking for non-alcoholic options, the pop-up will feature several specialty beverages, including:
- Orange Cream Soda – Fanta Orange blended with vanilla and cream
- Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream – Barq’s Root Beer with caramel flavor and a sweet cream topping
- Enchanting Ember Lemonade – Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with strawberry and hot honey
- Enchanted Grove Lime Splash – Minute Maid Limeade with cucumber and mint
The Orange Cream Soda and Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream are especially fun choices for guests who love classic soda flavors with a Disney-inspired upgrade.

- Whinnyin’ Whiskey Lemonade – Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Aperol, strawberry purée, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and basil
- Cactus Rose Margarita – LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime and agave
- High Plains Huckleberry – 44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka, crème de cassis liqueur, lemon juice and cranberry
- Rattler Rum Punch – Bacardí Superior Rum, orange, pineapple, lime and passion fruit with a sweet-and-spicy rim
- Coal’d Fashioned – Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, cinnamon syrup, orange bitters and Angostura bitters
There will also be a seasonal cocktail, In Holiday Fashion, made with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, rosemary syrup, cranberry and cinnamon.
Wine selections include Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco, Fess Parker Riesling and MacMurray Estate Pinot Noir.
For beer lovers, the draft selections include Samuel Adams Boston Lager, Yuengling Traditional Lager and Cigar City Jai Alai IPA.
