Walt Disney World Resort is getting ready to roll out a whole new lineup of snacks and beverages this fall, with everything from over-the-top Mickey waffles and pancakes to creative churros, frozen slushes, specialty shakes, and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
Whether you’re traveling with kids looking for a fun breakfast treat or you’re an adult who likes to seek out unique Disney cocktails, there’s something new to add to your must-try list.
Start Your Day With New Pancakes & Waffles
Disney breakfast is getting a sweet makeover with several new takes on classic pancakes and waffles.
Over at Landscape of Flavors at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, guests can try Character-shaped Birthday Cake Waffles topped with birthday cake custard, cake crumbles, and rainbow sprinkles, served alongside bacon and sausage. Birthday Cake Pancakes featuring the same toppings are also available.
Strawberry lovers can find Mickey-shaped Strawberry Waffles with creamy vanilla custard at several Disney Resort locations, including Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter, Riverside Mill Food Court at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, and Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort.
Other new breakfast options include:
- Caramel-Banana Waffles and Pancakes topped with streusel at End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
- Fruit Cereal Waffles and Pancakes with creamy vanilla custard and fruit cereal at Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
- Candy Bar Waffles and Pancakes featuring cookie bar pieces, caramel, and chocolate sauce at World Premiere Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
These aren’t your average breakfast options—and they’re sure to make a morning at your Disney Resort a little more magical.
Churros Are Getting a Major Upgrade
Disney’s iconic churro is also getting several new variations this fall.
Guests can try Bavarian Cream-filled Churros with Chocolate Sauce at Anaheim Produce at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or head to Ice Cold Hydraulics for Cookie Butter Mini Churros with cookie butter cream and crushed cookies.
At EPCOT, Sunshine Seasons will offer a Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae featuring churro loops, strawberry soft serve, strawberry compote, whipped cream, and cake crumble.
Other new churro creations include:
- DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae at Warung Outpost at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Maple Bacon Churro Fries at Avalunch at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
- Chocolate-filled Mini Churros at Market at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Churro Overdrive with cookies and cream mini churros, blue sugar, and marshmallow at Energy Bytes at Magic Kingdom
- Cookies and Cream Mini Churros at Popcorn and Snacks at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Churro-misu Cold Brew with tiramisu cold foam and a churro at Isle of Java at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Family Churros, featuring 21 bite-size churros with sprinkles plus chocolate and caramel dipping sauces, at the Mission Space Cart at EPCOT
Some offerings will also be coming to the water parks in 2027, giving guests even more treats to look forward to.
Cool Down With New Frozen Slushes
Fall in Florida can still be plenty warm, making frozen drinks a welcome addition to any park day.
Disney is introducing several new frozen slushes, including Key Lime Dream, a frozen blend of Minute Maid Limeade and key lime topped with sweet cream and graham cracker crumbs.
Another option is the Golden Frozen Flame, made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, honey, chile, passion fruit, orange, and guava.
For something fruit-forward and creamy, try Peaches and Cream, featuring peach purée blended with lemon, vanilla, and oat milk and topped with sweet cream cold foam.
And for guests who like a little heat, the Mango Heat Wave combines frozen mango with chili-lime sauce.
These non-alcoholic options can be found at locations throughout Walt Disney World, including the theme parks, Disney Resorts, and Disney Springs. Select offerings are also available with alcohol.
New Frozen Cocktails for Adults
Guests 21 and older can also look forward to several new frozen alcoholic beverages.
Options include the Old Fashioned Freeze, made with bourbon, citrus and tea slushy, and Angostura bitters, as well as a Frozen Key Lime Slush made with vodka, limeade, key lime, and cream.
The Blackberry Cobbler combines blackberry whiskey with blackberry and peach purée and lemon, while the Frozen Marrakech Mango Margarita blends African agave spirit, Cointreau, mango, and lime.
Disney is also adding a Prickly Pear Margarita featuring tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, prickly pear, and agave.
With options popping up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, and several Disney Resort hotels, adults will have plenty of new drinks to seek out during their fall vacation.
New Frozen Shakes Are Coming, Too
If you’re more of a milkshake person, Disney has you covered.
At Connections Eatery at EPCOT, guests can try the S’mores Gelato Milkshake, featuring Belgian chocolate and French vanilla gelato, toasted marshmallow, chocolate bar, and graham cracker.
Over at The Plaza Restaurant at Magic Kingdom, the Steamboat Willie Milkshake combines cookies ‘n cream ice cream with whipped cream, cookies and cream churros, a sugar cookie, and a cherry.
And at Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, guests can try a Maple-Pecan Gelato Milkshake made with French vanilla gelato, maple syrup, caramel, and pecans.
For adult guests, the same location will offer an Espresso Martini Gelato Milkshake made with vodka, chocolate liqueur, espresso, and French vanilla gelato.
The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will also serve an Espresso Martini Milkshake featuring vodka, chocolate liqueur, espresso, vanilla ice cream, and sweet cream.
More Specialty Beverages to Try
The new fall offerings aren’t limited to desserts and frozen drinks.
Disney is also introducing several specialty non-alcoholic beverages, including the Enchanted Grove Lime Splash, made with limeade, cucumber, and mint.
The Enchanting Ember Lemonade combines lemonade, strawberry, and hot honey, while the Royal Berry Spritzer features blueberry, blackberry, pomegranate, lime juice, and blueberry-hibiscus sparkling water.
And for adults looking for something stronger, new cocktails include the Gold Standard Margarita, Cucumber Margarita, Citrus Old Fashioned, Spicy Margarita, Dragon Fruit Margarita, Rosé Spritz, Scotch & Honey, Berry Proper, and Dublin After Dark.
