The Inn has 370+ guest rooms and 6 Suites. All rooms have different view options, such as the boardWalk, Crescent Lake, Disney's BoardWalk Inn Gardens, Leisure Pool, or parking area. All standard rooms include either two queen-size beds and one single day bed or a king-size bed.
Disney's BoardWalk Villas has Deluxe Studios and Villas. Both the Deluxe Studios and Villas have views of the boardwalk, Disney's BoardWalk Inn Gardens, pool, or parking area. The Villas feature just-like-home amenities like a kitchen, washer, dryer, and separate bedrooms, which is a perfect option for families.
Guests choosing Club Level accommodations at the Innkeeper’s Club receive personalized concierge service and lounge with continental breakfast, midday snacks, and evening wine, hors d’oeuvres, cordials and desserts.

Pool:
There are three pools at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. Harkening back to an amusement park of the 1920s, the Luna Park Pool is a carnival-themed pool that is home to a 200-foot-long waterslide. There is a whirlpool spa adults can enjoy while little ones make a splash under the spouting trunks of grinning elephant statues.
Guests seeking a tranquil swimming experience can choose from 2 leisure pools. Both pools feature whirlpool spas for additional relaxation.
Resort Activities:
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn has many different activities and amenities for guests to enjoy every day. Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf is inspired by Disney's Fantasia features 36 whimsical yet challenging holes. Side Show Games Arcade near the pool has action-packed video games, and outdoor activities include Surrey Bike Rentals, fishing excursions, tennis, joggings trails, and Yoga on the Lawn,

A Disney Skyliner station is conveniently located at the International Gateway to EPCOT—just a quick stroll away from Disney’s Boardwalk Villas.
Standard overnight self-parking is available to registered Guests for a fee that will be applied to their hotel folio upon check-out. Parking for Disney Deluxe Resorts is $25 per night. Valet parking is also available for $33 per night.
Spa & Fitness:
Muscles & Bustles Health Club is a full-service workout facility at Disney’s Boardwalk Villas, home to fitness equipment and a sauna. State-of-the-art treadmills, bicycles (regular and recumbent), and ellipticals are available to guests of Disney’s Boardwalk Inn looking for the ultimate cardiovascular workout. Free weights and weight machines are also on-site.
