Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground evokes the timeless beauty of the American frontier with 750 acres of gorgeous forest filled with pines and cypress. The resort has 350+ guest rooms. All rooms sleep up to six people, have a gorgeous view of the woods, and include a Queen Bed, a Double-Size Sleeper Sofa, and Bunk Beds.
Guests can also camp amid the magic of the great outdoors! Campsites can accommodate up to ten guests with one pop-up van or pop-up trailer and up to 2 tents.

Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground has two pools-one that offers plenty of adventurous fun and another that has a more relaxed vibe. The Meadow Swimmin’ Pool features a 67-foot-long corkscrew waterslide. Adults can enjoy a whirlpool spa while little ones splash it up in the adjacent fort-themed water play area with tot-friendly slides. The Wilderness Swimmin’ Pool offers a more leisure setting for all ages for guests who want a more tranquil swimming area.
Resort Activities:
This resort has so many different and fun activities every day, so there is no shortage of fun! The activities hold true to real wilderness activities that take place out in the fresh air. Guests can rent a canoe, kayak, boat and experience the beautiful lakes, lagoons, and bays of Walt Disney World. Reel in some old-fashioned fun with a guided fishing excursion out on the water, rent a bike, or train like an archer and learn to hold a bow, take aim and send an arrow soaring towards a target.
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is home to Tri-Circle-D Ranch, so guests can experience an authentic horse-drawn carriage ride and pony and wagon rides. The Wilderness Back Trail Adventure offers the opportunity for guests to glide by lush, Floridian scenery on an all-terrain Segway vehicle.
Daniel Boone’s Wilderness Arcade offers both classic and contemporary games, while Davy Crockett’s Wilderness Arcade features a variety of video and pinball games. In the evenings, guests can enjoy the Electrical Water Pageant along the shoreline or enjoy a classic Disney favorite at Movies Under the Stars.
