How will I know if I’ve received onboard credit?
On embarkation day, you can check your folio (stateroom account) to see any onboard credit that’s been added. Your folio is available in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or by stopping by Guest Services onboard.
At this time, Disney Cruise Line isn’t able to notify Guests in advance when friends or family purchase onboard credit, so we recommend asking them to let you know. In most cases, you’ll also find a card in your stateroom with a personal message and the sender’s name.
Please note: If onboard credit is purchased within 48 hours of sailing, a card may not be issued. However, the credit will still appear on your folio and will automatically apply to any eligible activities you booked in advance.
